Leon:
The life of the first week in the new surroundings was amazing and I have never got such freedom before for I can do everything by myself and experience the exciting life here. However, the troubles also came to me since I have arrived here. For example , the weather was hot and we had no air-conditional . As a result , all of us found it difficult to get asleep. What’s more, we faced a incredibly tough work that we ought to remember about 4000 words in two weeks, but I really didn’t know how to finish this task. And all I can do is looking at the words over and over again and try to remember words as many as possible.

Suki:
The first week, we were learned half book of TOEFL Vocabulary. I listened to teacher’s point and marked it in class. Then after class, I would remembered these words about two hundred everyday. This assignment is very hard for me, but I believe I will do it best.
In addition, we’re learned voice of America. This class’ teacher is Jay Sou, who is interested. So the class was vivid. We’re like it.

Veronica:
These days, the only feeling I think is tired. We all are tired of reciting the new words as well as getting adjust to the new surroundings. Everything seems to be a challenge to me and I can’t get fast asleep at night. However, I find that my teachers are interesting and we all have a good time in the class. In addition, in the first dictation, our team came to be the winner team which meant that we did a good job in it. I felt happy and the sense of achievement. And I hope that we can continue working hard and get good marks in the further study.

Mark:
These days, we have learned so many vocabularies. Yes, that is TOEFL vocabulary. Classifed is a very interesting activities. We can be much clearer in this way. Maybe my geography knowledge is okay. But one thing that about animal. This is what I like .But some words of it are hard to keep in mind .rhinoceros is my favorate animal. Some disciplines are complex. It’s hard to understand. Well, our teacher both are very nice and easygoing. I just want to be very normal. But just so so. I still may be different from others. This time I would do it better. Then ,as for pronunciation, which is very important in our live. We should communicate with our simply, can’t be troubnlesome..And,our man teacher is too humourous.He just like a Amerian.Also, he taught us too much, like slang.For instance ,mertd is a word to describe a man is very strange.

Apart from 《The Three Musketeers》, this is probably Alexandre Dumas' most famous work and one of the greatest novels in Western literature: a novel every literate and educated person should read at least once in their lives!

This novel is not a simple tale of simple revenge. The count does not kill his enemies; he brilliantly uses their vices and weaknesses against them. Caderousse's basic greed is turned against him, while Danglars loses the only thing that has any meaning for him. Fernand is deprived of the one thing that he had that he had never earned-his honour. In the process, he loses the source of his initial transgression, making his fate that much more poignant. The plot against Villefort is so complicated that even Monte Cristo loses control of it, resulting in doubt foreign to his nature and remorse that he will not outlive.

This is a great story for people of all ages and should not be ignored by anyone who has a profound love of literature. I think this is Dumas greatest work far surpassing 'Queen Margo' 'The Three Musketeers' or 'The Corsican Brothers.'
